• 1 lettuce leaf
• Dab mustard
• 1 slice American cheese
• 2 slices dill pickle
• Dab mayonnaise
• Dab catsup
• 1 thin slice tomato
• 2 cooked strips bacon
• Hamburger bun (bottom)

• 1 lb. lean ground beef
• 2 tbsp. ketchup
• 2 tbsp. milk
• 1 slice bread
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 1/2 tsp. any dried herb

AMERICAN BEEF BURGER RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Break up meat with fork. Crumble bread, soak in liquid, mix all ingredients with fork. Shape burgers, brush with soft butter. Grill or stove boil to taste. Serve the American beef burger on toasted bun. Makes 4.

• 34 soda crackers, finely rolled
• 2 lb. ground beef
• 1/2 c. catsup
• 2 eggs
• 1 sm. onion, chopped
• 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 6 slices American cheese

AMERICAN BEEF BURGER RECIOPE INSTRUCTIONS
Combine first 7 ingredients, shape into 12 thin patties. Top 6 patties with a slice of cheese, put remaining patties on top, sealing edges well. Broil about 5 minutes on each side. The American beef burger recipe is ready to serve....enjoy !
