A nice American beef burger recipe....try this one !
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. crushed corn chips
- 1/4 c. barbecue sauce
- 1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
- American cheese slices
- 5 hamburger buns, split & toasted
- Lettuce
Combine meat, chips, barbecue sauce and relish; mix lightly. Shape into 5 patties.
OUTDOORS: Place patties on greased grill over hot coals. Grill uncovered, to a desired doneness. Cut out shapes from cheese slices to resemble face. Top patties with cheese. Heat until cheese melts.
OR INDOORS: Place patties on rack of broiler pan. Broil on both sides to desired doneness. Continue preparing with cheese as for outdoors cooking. The American beef burger recipe is ready...enjoy the burger !
